1) CHARTER FEE: All rates are in EUR/day for private charter

Includes: Shipboard accommodation, permits, insurance, and all equipment on board, tender with outboard engine, linens and towels, fuel for main engine, 5 h of navigation per day, crew salaries, and Turkish port taxes.
         

2) EXTRA PAYMENTS (on spot) – ON REQUEST

Greek town port taxes and private marina fees, gasoline for tender (watersports) diesel for generators for extra hours of air condition. Internet connection. 

 

3) FOOD: (breakfast + lunch + 5 o clock tea and cookies, dinner)

Full board, standard menu: 210 € person/week
Full board luxury menu: 280 € person/week
Full board Delux menu: 350 € person/week

Above mentioned prices DO NOT INCLUDE:

 

Transfers to or from the yacht/hotel/airport, shore excursions, national park tickets, adverse activities (scuba diving, big game fishing, rafting…) guided tours, gratuities/tips for the crew.

 

Booking terms:

 

Option is placed on explicit e-mail request, and is active until agreed date. Booking needs to be confirmed while option is active. Option expires after agreed date without special warning. Please take care of your option expiration.
Booking is confirmed when agreement is signed by both parties and deposit paid.

 

Payment conditions:

 

Deposit:  30 % of charter fee – immediately, as confirmation of booking
Balance: 70 % of charter fee + Obligatory + Other costs - not later than 5 weeks before charter commencement
Or
Deposit: 50 % of charter fee – immediately, as confirmation of booking
Balance: on spot to our representative when you embark the gulet.

Mean of payment: wire transfer after the contract is signed and invoice issued.

Every Saturday we have departures for luxury blue cruise cabin charter programs from Fethiye. If you do not have a large group of your friends or family to travel with you now you have a great chance to experience Blue cruise, on a really luxury type of gulet. You just rent a cabin and join other people aboard.

GENERAL PROCEDURES FOR "CABIN CHARTERS":

 

1. Check in and boarding starts from 15:00 on your first day and the first meal is dinner on board. "Checkout" will be on the last day after breakfast at 09:00 am.
2. As the first and the last days are transfer days, these nights will be spent in the marina.
3. During the "Luxury Blue Cruise" the engines will mostly be used. However as gulets also fit in “sailing yacht charter” category the sails can be opened from time to time according to the weather conditions and wind direction. The sail on the yacht will be open at least twice a week if weather permits it.
4. The captain may make changes to the luxury cruise programme according to the sea and weather conditions. This is for the safety and security of our guests.
6. It is not allowed to bring drinks or alcoholic beverages on gulet from outside. A large selection of drinks can be purchased from the bar on board the yacht and bills will be paid at the end of the luxury cruise.
7. Our luxury cruises are sold directly as well as through our tour operators. Our clients consist of people who love the sea from all over the globe and we believe this creates the perfect opportunity to meet people from every type of culture. 8. Our luxury cruises are carefully planned and every detail thoughtfully considered. We have had the experience of planning luxury cruises for a number of years. Tours are printed in our brochures and therefore we cannot make changes to the itinerary according to customer's special requirements.
9. Every morning when guests are at breakfast there will be a routine cleaning of the WC and cabins. In the middle of the week there will be general cleaning of the gulet.
10. Bed linen is provided at the beginning of the luxury cruise and is not changed until the end unless required.

11. The departure is guaranteed if there are minimum 6 guests booked on a period. If on your period there is less then 6 people booked we will notify you at least 3 weeks before departure and return to you entire deposit money.

 

GUARANTEED CABIN CHARTER TOURS ON LUXURY YACHT CHARTERS

 

On a scheduled 'Luxury Blue Cruise', the gulets are different in size and range from 20 to 36 metres long. These luxury gulets have different amounts of cabins from 3 to 10 depending on the length of the gulet. We have a selection of 9 luxury crewed yacht charters which we use. We can send you their info so you know in advance on what kind of gulet you can be accommodated.  
• All Cabins are for two people. All cabins have double beds.
• All cabins have private WC / shower, portholes and a wardrobe. All bathrooms have box showers. Cabins are air conditioned.   There are enough blankets, towels and pillows for two people. The toilets can either be house type or a special marine toilet with a pump.
• Depending on the passenger capacity there is sufficient safety equipment on board including life jackets & lines, dingy boats and a life raft. These all meet international safety requirements.
• Depending on the size of the gulet at least 3 and at most 4 crew members are provided.
• All yachts have electric power of 12 V or 24 V. We do not give any guarantee for our generator to produce 220V electricity during sailing. However, when the gulets are anchored in marinas 220V electricity will be available on board.
• All our gulet boats are fully insured. However, we advise you to have your own personal travel insurance.
• Depending on the passenger capacity, these luxury gulets have suitably sized dining areas, shaded areas and an indoor saloon. The gulets also have a suitable amount of sun beds.
• Hot & cold water is available in cabins and the water tanks are big enough to supply guests' needs for a week.
• For the dirty water from shower / WC, there are reserve tanks with enough capacity and a drain system for both toilets and showers.
• Fuel tanks have the required capacity.
• Fridges and cool boxes are sufficient to keep the drinks cold and the food fresh.
• The kitchens in the yachts are equipped to prepare and cook the food to be served on board.
• All gulets store a game box, basic fishing lines, flippers and snorkels for the use of our guests.
